We are basically a local family who rent out the cabinas and apartments, and there are almost always people in the community kitchen, or TV room, or just stufying Spanish )We are located about a block away from COSI and there are several other high quality affordable and accredited Spanish language programs nearby.  Please feel free to practice your Spanish with us anytime, it helps us to keep up on other languages, and customs, and make friends with our guests.

We offer on site quality affordable laundry service as well for your convenience.! We have dormitory style rooms $12 per person per night. Private rooms $50 per night with fan, private entrance and hot water. We also offer rooms with a double bed, and cable TV for $18 aprox. per person up to 6 people. And air conditioned suites with a full kitchen, double bed, and cable TV for $17 per person a night....So whatever style of accommodations you are looking for in Manuel Antonio, you can probably find something here to accommodate your tastes and budget. We offer free continental breakfast, with the finest local Costa Rican coffee, all in a beautiful friendly tropical garden setting... Please don't feed the Monkeys....they get plenty of food from the fruit trees here but feeding them can cause them problems, so please keep that in mind.
